All Angels Foundation is governed by a dedicated Board of Trustees, elected by Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church. Composed of professional, philanthropic and community leaders, the board is deeply committed to collaboration, transparency, and faithful financial stewardship. Their shared passion empowers our good works, helping us improve the lives of those who need it most.

Trustees are volunteers and members of Saint Michael and All Angels Episocopal Church in good standing. They serve three-year terms and may be re-elected to two additional terms.
